AlertWays can be started easily with SNS (Kakao, Naver, Google) accounts. If you don't see the verification email, please check your spam folder.

Since you log in with an SNS account, there is no separate password. Please use the account recovery feature on the SNS you use (Kakao, etc.).

I want to delete my account

For security and safe data deletion, please request withdrawal via KakaoTalk Channel or Telegram Customer Center. We will process it immediately after checking the registered information upon request.

How do I connect to an exchange?

Copy the Webhook URL from My Page. Then enter the exchange's API key information on the connection page.

Signal Bot is not placing orders

Please check the Webhook log and exchange connection status first. You also need to verify if the TradingView settings and AlertWays message are identical.

Can I use multiple exchanges simultaneously?

Yes, it is possible. Register API keys for each exchange and select the desired exchange when creating a signal.

I think my API key is exposed

Don't worry. Just delete the key on the exchange and get a new one. Please re-register the newly received key in AlertWays.

Is my information safe?

We keep only the minimum necessary information. Important exchange API keys are strongly encrypted and stored, so you can rest assured.

Can I log in on multiple devices?

Yes, you can access from multiple devices simultaneously. If it is a public PC, please make sure to log out after use.

Is payment automatic?

No. We are currently offering it for free, so you won't be charged or renewed without knowing.

Since it is a free service without a payment system, there is no refund procedure.Please let the customer center know if you have any inconveniences.

Do I need to register a payment method?

No, you don't need to register a card. We will let you know in advance if paid services are introduced later.

Connecting API automatically creates a Signal Bot!

Register API Key: Connect Please enter exchange information on the page. A dedicated Signal Bot is automatically created immediately upon registration.
Check Webhook Info: In the top menu Signal Bot go to the menu. You can check the Webhook URL and signal message directly from the connected exchange list.
TradingView Integration: In TradingView Alert settings window, Alert tab, put Webhook URL, Settings tab, paste the signal message into the message field.

Check in the following order:

Order HistorySee if the signal came in
Check if the exchange API key has expired
Check if the message format (JSON) is correct
