Full Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and dispute resolution standards between AlertWays (hereinafter “Company”) and users regarding the use of all web/mobile services and related functions (hereinafter “Service”) provided by the Company. Accessing the Service or completing sign-up is considered consent to these Terms and the Company's overall operation policies.
1 Definition of Terms
- Service: Refers to all technical tools and dashboards that receive TradingView (Webhook) signals and automate trading orders through the user's exchange API.
- User: Refers to members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- Signal: Refers to trading trigger data generated from external platforms such as TradingView and delivered to this Service.
- API Information: Refers to authentication means such as API key and Secret key entered directly by the user to grant exchange access permissions.
2 Effect and Amendment of Terms
- The Company posts these Terms on the initial service screen or settings page so that users can easily check them.
- The Company may amend the Terms if necessary due to amendments to laws or service operations, and will notify 7 days prior to application (30 days for significant changes).
- If no explicit refusal is expressed by the application date of the amended Terms, it is considered consent to the amended Terms.
! Nature of Service and Legal Limits (Must Read)
- The Company does not engage in investment advisory or financial investment businesses. This Service is a simple API-based order relay tool, and does not directly store user assets or make trading decisions on their behalf.
- All signals are generated from third-party platforms, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such data.
- Responsibility for execution delays, slippage, non-execution, and exchange system failures arising from crypto asset trading lies entirely with the user and the respective exchange.
- Auto-trading carries the risk of loss exceeding the principal, and responsibility for all investment results lies with the user.
4 User Obligations and Security
- Users have the obligation to safely manage their account and API key information, and damages caused by negligence in management are borne by the user.
- It is recommended to set API permissions to the minimum necessary for trading, and the Company is not responsible for accidents caused by enabling withdrawal permissions.
- If stealing others' information or abnormally attacking the service is detected, usage will be restricted immediately.
5 Limitation of Liability and Investment Risk Disclosure
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by the following reasons.
- Technical Limitations: This Service is a 'technical channel' that delivers user strategies to exchanges, and does not compensate for technical errors such as signal reception delay, duplicate execution, non-reception, and exchange API response failure.
- Third-party Dependency: Losses caused by maintenance, policy changes, or service interruptions of external infrastructure such as TradingView or crypto exchanges are exempt from Company liability.
- User Negligence: Accidents caused by API permission setup errors, order setting mistakes (quantity, price type, etc.), or negligence in account management.
- Market Risk: Responsibility for all investment results, such as execution delay (slippage) due to price fluctuation or lack of liquidity, and liquidation, lies with the user.
- Force Majeure: Reasons beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, war, or national communication network failures.
6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Disputes between the Company and users regarding these Terms and Service usage shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes arising during Service usage shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act or the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
