This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) defines the standards for collecting, using, storing, and destroying user's personal information by AlertWays (hereinafter “Company”) in relation to the web and mobile services (hereinafter “Service”) operated by the Company, and the procedures for exercising user rights.

1 Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purpose.

  • Member Management: Confirmation of intent to join, identification, limiting signup frequency, prevention of fraudulent use, and analysis of service churn.
  • Service Provision and Fulfillment: Support for TradingView (Webhook) integration, provision of trading relay services using exchange APIs, generation of related statistics and reports.
  • Customer Support: Processing inquiries, receiving complaints and notifying results, delivering announcements.
  • Marketing and Service Optimization: New feature guides, providing event promotion information, service improvement through usage pattern analysis.

2 Items and Method of Personal Information Collection

  • Collected Items
    • Essential: Name (Nickname), Email, SNS Identifier (UID), Exchange API Key/Secret Key, Access Log, IP Address
    • Optional: Profile Image, Marketing Consent Status
    • Auto-collected: Browser Type, OS Version, Device Identifier, Access Country Info
  • Collection Method Direct entry during sign-up and service usage, customer center inquiries, auto-generated info collection tools, provision from partner platforms (SNS).

3 Retention and Usage Period

  • In principle, user's personal information is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal.
  • However, if preservation is required by relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the E-Commerce Act, it is safely stored for the period specified by the relevant laws.
  • Data necessary for service operation, such as fraudulent use records, may be destroyed after storage for a certain period according to internal policy.

4 Third-party Provision and Entrustment

The Company does not provide personal information externally without the user's prior consent. However, for smooth service provision, we entrust tasks to specialized companies as follows.

5 User Rights and How to Exercise Them

  • Users can request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
  • Rights can be exercised via the Customer Center or KakaoTalk Consultation Channel, and the Company will take action without delay after identity verification.

6 Destruction Procedure and Method

  • Personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred is destroyed immediately after approval.
  • Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

7 Safety Measures

  • Important information (Password, API Key, etc.) Encrypted Storage and Transmission
  • Operation of technical countermeasures (firewall, intrusion prevention system) against hacking, etc.
  • Minimization of personnel handling personal information and regular security training
